 Chief Credit Officer 
A. Dean Abercrombie has over 34 years experience in Banking and Management. Mr. Abercrombie was employed as Senior Vice President / Principal Business Relationship Manager by Bank of Petaluma (part of Greater Bay Bancorp) from 2005 through 2007 when Greater Bay was merged into Wells Fargo Bank and continuing with Wells Fargo until joining Bay Commercial Bank as Chief Credit Officer. From 2002 through 2005 he was Chief Credit Officer for Community Bank of the Bay in Oakland. Other professional relationships were as a founder, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Commercial Bank of San Francisco, Vice President of Gibraltar Corporate Banking, and Senior Vice President Commercial Lending for Eureka Federal Savings and as President of Bud’s Ice Cream of San Francisco. Mr. Abercrombie received his BS degree in Finance from California State University, Chico, an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and is a Graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
