Chloe A. Flowers has over 35 years of escrow experience. Ms. Flowers was employed by Heritage Bank of Commerce from 2002-2010 as Sr. Vice President & Manager of the Corporate Escrow Services Department.   She was responsible for the day to day operations of the department as well as managing and supervising the portfolio of escrow files within the department.   Prior to joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Ms. Flowers was Sr. Vice President/Manager of the Escrow Services Department for Bank of San Francisco and it’s successor First Bank, from 1987-2002. Ms. Flowers’ extensive escrow background began with Wells Fargo Bank Escrow Services Division as Asst. Vice President/Manager of their San Francisco Financial District office from 1972-1987.  She also held positions at Fidelity National Title Company where she established and managed their Special Services Department.   Ms. Flowers is a founders and past President of the Association of Corporate Escrow Services, a non-profit organization established in 1991 to provide education and professional contacts for escrow professionals in Northern California.  Ms. Flowers earned an AA degree in Business Administration from Santa Rosa Community College
