BOARD ROOM RESERVATIONS: At Bay Commercial Bank we work with our clients toward the goal of enhancing their level of service. Our clients are invited to utilize our Board Room for the purpose of hosting off-site meetings. Any client wishing to do so may place the reservation via email to our Client Relationship Officer - Karla Garcia Simply let us know the date, time and number in attendance. Our Board Room seats 12 comfortably and contains a whiteboard and pull down screen. A laptop and projector are also available for your use in powerpoint, word or excel presentations. Our Board Room is available from Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. If you would like us to provide coffee let us know.

CEO ROUNDTABLE LUNCHEONS: Staying in close contact with our clients and prospective clients is a very important part of our business. At Bay Commercial Bank, our CEO - George Guarini regularly hosts luncheons at our Walnut Creek office. Up to 10 guests are invited, providing an excellent forum for exchanging ideas and providing solutions relating to today's business environment. If you would like to attend please let us know.
